I'll be starting a new workout soon and will show a newspaper with the current date in every photo. I have a feeling some people will still have an excuse to why this "isn't possible". Getting off the couch and forcing yourself to the gym 6 days a week, working out with 100% intensity can do wonders -- and why do most people think this 10 week change is impossible? -- Because MOST people never have (and never will) push their body as hard as I did in those 10 weeks. I'm by no means trying to brag (ok, maybe a little), there are thousands of guys who have made more impressive changes in even shorter times.
There is no magic pill.
You won't get bigger by circuit training.
What you get out of it is only as much as what you put in.

Ten weeks of gut-busting workouts! Training as a powerlifter. Anyone can do it with Determination! This is only the end of the beginning for me.
